1. How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, evenapparels.com assigns your order to one of our courier partners. An email would be sent to your registered email ID with the details of the courier partner along with the AWB number. You can track the order using the AWB number on their respective website. Even Leisure Apparels uses a reputed logistics service provider to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.

2. How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order.

For Cancellation, kindly email us at customercare@evenapparels.com with the subject line as:

Cancellation | Order Number

So if your order number is #1234: the format of the Subject Line would be: Cancellation | 1234

3. How do I create a Return Request?

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders you will be prompted to fill in your Bank Account Details while creating the return request

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the receivement of order to the customer. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

For Returns, kindly email us at customercare@evenapparels.com with the subject line as:

Return | Order Number

So if your order number is #1234: the format of the Subject Line would be: Return | 1234

4. I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?

Even Leisure Apparels uses a reputed logistics service provider to deliver products to your door steps. Once your Return Request is processed , one of our logistic partners would pick the product from your delivery address within 5-7 days.

5. I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

We request our customers to ensure that the returned product is not used, altered, washed or stained by the customer.

  • a. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank)
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders you will be prompted to fill in your Bank Account Details while creating the return request. You are requested to send complete and correct details to customercare@evenapparels.com for faster processing.
  • Note: Even Apparels will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

6. If I receive a damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Unfortunately, if you receive a damaged product please raise a replacement request by emailing us at: customercare@evenapparels.com within 7 days of receivement of order along with pictures of the damaged product

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request by emailing us at: within 7 days of delivery of product. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

7. How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

8. How do I know my order has been processed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Even Apparels confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
